AIMRAN Responsive shows any website on several devices at once (phone, tablet, laptop and monitor) and keeps scrolling, clicks, forms and navigation in sync. Everything runs in your browser: it has no servers of its own, asks for no account, and does not collect, sell or share any user data.
What data it handles
- Only the website you choose to preview. It loads inside the preview frames directly from its own server, just as if you visited it.
- The sync script only runs inside those frames, to mirror scrolling, clicks, what you type into forms and page changes on every device. That information never leaves your computer.
- Screenshots of every device in one PNG are created in your browser and downloaded to your computer. They are not uploaded anywhere.
What is stored and where
In your browser (chrome.storage): the selected devices, the zoom level and recent URLs. It is deleted when you uninstall the extension.
Permissions and what they are for
- tabs: open the preview in a new tab with the URL of the current tab.
- storage: save the selected devices, zoom level and recent URLs.
- declarativeNetRequest: remove the
X-Frame-OptionsandContent-Security-Policyheaders that prevent a website from being shown inside a frame, only for frames inside the extension's own preview tab. Your normal browsing is not affected. - contextMenus: add "Open this page / link in AIMRAN Responsive" to the right-click menu.
- favicon: show the website's icon in the preview's address bar.
- Access to all sites: so you can preview any website. The script only runs inside the preview frames.
What we don't do
- We don't send any data to AIMRAN or third-party servers.
- We don't use analytics, tracking cookies or advertising.
- We don't sell or share information, or use it for purposes unrelated to the extension.
- We don't use remote code: all code ships inside the extension.
Note
Websites are shown inside frames. Pages that rely on third-party cookies may ask you to sign in again inside the preview.
